Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours via email with a photo. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately.

COD Orders Refund

Refunds for COD orders are processed via bank transfer within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.
