1. How do I place an order?
Simply browse our products, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Fill in your delivery details and choose your payment method.
2. Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes! We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across all UAE emirates. Pay when your order arrives at your door.
3. How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 7–15 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.
4. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Contact us to initiate a return.
5. How can I track my order?
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or email. Use it to track your order anytime.
6. Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email.
7. What if I received a damaged item?
Contact us within 48 hours with a photo of the damaged item and we will send a replacement or full refund.
8. Do you ship outside UAE?
Currently we only deliver within the UAE.
